Where are your classes held?

Hurstville, NSW. The address will be provided upon booking. It is within 10 minutes’ walk from Hurstville Station.

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

No, we provide the tools, equipment and an apron for use in the class. We also provide detailed notes and a box for your creations.

How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made online via our website. On the Classes page, click on the button which corresponds to the date of the class you wish to attend and click ‘Add to Cart’. You will then be taken to Paypal’s site, as they are our payment processor. Once payment is completed, you will be taken back to our site where you will see the venue address details. If you have any problems booking online, you can contact us via our online form or by mobile on 0416 498 696.

How do I book multiple places in one class?

After you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, you will have the opportunity to change the quantity.

How do I remove a class from my cart?

Click on the small cross in the left hand column.

What is your refund policy?

If you request to cancel a class, we will refund the class fee in total provided you give us at least 7 days’ notice. If you need to cancel, please contact us.

If we cancel a class, we will offer you a full refund or transfer to another class (your choice).

Refunds will be made via Paypal payment processing (ie, via the same method that payment was originally made).

Do you have disabled access to the class venue?

Unfortunately no; there are stairs.

I want to attend a class with some friends. Is it possible to organise a class on a specific date?

Sure, get in touch with us with the details of what you need, the number of attendees and your suitable dates.

I have absolutely no experience in cake decorating. Which class is the best one to take?

All of our classes are suitable for beginners, so you could pick one based on whichever project or theme appeals to you the most.
