Workshops

Interested in learning the art of cake decorating but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you’ve already caught the cake decorating bug but are keen to learn more and take your cakes to the next level. Our hands-on workshops, taught by award-winning decorator Lorinda Seto, will teach you how to master the foundations of decorating to achieve a professional level of finish and to create the level of detail and design which distinguishes an ordinary cake from a brilliant one. The workshops cover various aspects of decorating from the basics of covering cakes and cupcakes to sculpting 3D cakes, making sugar flowers and piping.
Whether you are interested in entering cakes in competitions or just want to make stunning cakes for family and friends, you will learn the skills and techniques to be able to create your own cake designs with confidence.
Workshops are held at the Oatley Masonic Hall, 13 Letitia Street, Oatley. (Oatley is in the southern suburbs of Sydney, near Hurstville.)
